Rich & Good Cake Shop

This is my 2nd time at this shop, the Swiss Rolls that I bought hm last time was so nice, making us kept thinking of it. This time I decided to buy more, ask them to cut the rolls for me, and put in 4 boxes so that my relatives can enjoy the goodness/delicious too. 好东西要和大家分享嘛！！

The 3 boxes are for my 大姑姑&二姑姑, 大伯 and 叔叔。

As they say "A Walk a day Keeps the FATS away", so today think i had kept many fats away...Muahahaha =D

Leisure Park

After reading the newspaper abt the shop owners complaint of hving bad business at Kallang Leisure Park, even during wkend. So i decided to check them out wif a fren today.

We reached there at ard 3pm after a long wait for the bus serive 11 from Geylang bus int. This mall is very inconvenient.


The revamp Kallang Leisure Park look nice and alive from the external.

But a security stop us from taking photos inside, (I done a search on the web, there's other who post photos of the mall) hmm...mayb the security dun wan my readers to see how empty is the place ba. OK...so no photos will be post here. There isn't much shop opened as yet. I shld describle the place in brief.

Food: Subway, Starbucks, a Dounts cafe, Koufu foodcourt, a jap rest at level 5, Thai Village Resturant, Mr Bean, Korean Food Store.
Fun & Entertainment: Bowling Alley, Ice Skating, Cinema (Filmgarde) , Arcade.
Others: Some fashion stores, a game shop, think got 2 gift shops, a pet shop, a toy collector shop.
And a Cold Storage at the Basement.

If you are sumone who dun like crowd, this can be a mall of ur choice (before the mrt station open). But if u wanna shop...dun pin too much hope there right now.

There's isit much place to sit/rest also, if u wanna sit down...go to the foodcourt, cos I saw the security chasing some youngsters away from siting at a corner. (anyway dun think you will shop till u need to sit down here lah, unlike other crowded shopping mall elsewhere)

There's actually a shuttle bus service to this mall, but i can't remember their pick-up/drop-off point & their timing. Tot that this mall have a website to display the info, but till now i still can't find it's website (do they hv one??)

That's all i can remember (old liao very forgetful lah =P)

Man found dead on CCK MRT Track

Not Again!!! Today morning rush hour train services at CCK station were disrupted after a man was found dead on the MRT track.

I was caught in this disruption again! My train stopped at Bt Batok for abt 15~20mins before it finally move off to Jurong East Station. I'm much more lucky than my colleague, she was at yew tee station when the incident happen. She was told to alight the train and to board the free service bus to Jurong East. But she didn't manage to squeeze into any of the bus, in the end she took the train to work after the train service was resumed at about 8:50am.

Police received a call at 8am that a chinese mid-40s man had fallen onto the track, near the 5th exit from the rear, he was later pronounced dead at 8:30am.

This incident had disrupted train services bet Yew Tee to Bt Gombak station towards Jurong East.

The Pie Kia Shop

The Pie Kia Shop is located at CCK Xchange. Their smell is very strong, when u coming down the escalator to the control station, u can already smell it...

This shop is always hving Long-Q, as their pies are all freshly baked from oven. Their pies are small, hot but nice. They have favours like Mushroom Chicken, Roasted Chicken, Sardine, Curry Chicken, Black Pepper Chicken & Sweet Corn too.
I tried their mushroom chicken pie...yummy!! Nk try their roasted chicken pie, she say is nice too!! The buttery skin of the pie is quite nice, and their filling are tasty too =D
